"What is the 6 Week Lifestyle Program All About?"
We take care of the fitness piece at the gym, but what about all the other "stuff"
  •  Sleep: How many times do you make poor nutrition choices or not workout because you're tired? Sleep is critical to a healthier lifestyle. We'll hold you accountable with daily check-ins and give you some tips and tricks to sleep better. 
  •  Stress: You have no stress, right? Of course not! We all have some level of stress. We certainly can't guarantee you'll have no stress, but we can guarantee we can help manage it, and even reduce it. Whether it's letting stress out in the workouts, or managing stress at work or home, we'll coach you through how to better manage it. 
  •  Mindfulness: Do you have a bunch of negative self-talk you give yourself? We all do. Overtime, though, that's not healthy and that can have a carryover effect to all the other aspects (fitness, nutrition, stress, sleep). Through daily accountability we'll give you education and coaching on how to become more mindful, think more positive, and live a more purposeful life! 
  •  Planning: We'll share our tips and tricks to help you better plan out your week. When you plan better, you're more likely to eat better, feel better, and get your exercise in, right?
  •  Outdoor Activity: Now that the weather is getting nicer, there are enormous benefits for getting outside and going for a walk or a hike, and we'll give you some challenges to do just that :)
How Does It Work?
  • Daily Check-Ins: Using our "My Coach" app we'll be sending you a daily lesson or "challenge" to do. You check-in on the app each day that you did it, and then the best part...we can see if you checked in. So, we'll reach out and hold you accountable, you can message us right on the app, etc. 
  • Community Support: This is a free internal challenge, so the whole gym will be taking part. We'll be doing it right along with you, as well as your friends at the gym. This is the perfect challenge to kick off the weather, and reap some of the benefits of a lifestyle change. 
  • Upgrade Options: You also have the option (not required) to do a paid upgrade. For the six weeks you can pay to get the free challenge PLUS upgrade your membership to unlimited sessions for the six weeks and/or get more Strategy Session check-ins with a coach.
