"What is the Summer Shape Up Challenge All About?"
When it comes to results, we've got the perfect formula for you to look and feel your best without boring cardio or over-restrictive diets.
  •  Metabolic Training: During this 42 days we plan out a custom workout routine that is based on your body, your abilities and your goals. We will modify things as needed if we find that you have some physical limitations or movement impingements but we will always be striving to coach you on what you need to be doing and working on next to drop those jean sizes.
  •  Nutrition Plan: Yes this is one of the MAJOR components of working with a coach…what to EAT. During this program we can teach you more about nutrition than you may have been exposed to and working together to find out what YOU need to eat for YOUR body, YOUR goals and YOUR schedule.
  •  Track Your Results: We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not being held accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout Its way easier to make excuses to ourselves, in our own heads, than to our coach. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not. You can expect us to take progress pictures (don't be scared) and for us to take measurements regularly so we know you're getting results!
  •  Support And Accountability: Get expert coaching from our coaches with the support of others who are just like you. Leadership and accountability could be the missing ingredient you need to make this time count. Let's look at it this way, without accountability and tracking who knows when you did or did not do your workout? You COULD skip it and only you would know, but here if you skip a workout and eat too many Oreo's... trust me we'll know.
What's Included?
  • Personal & Group Training w/ Flex Scheduling For 6 Weeks: We'll be on the floor with you at EVERY workout when you complete your program to show you how to do everything, make sure you're doing it right, answer your questions, and keep you motivated the whole time.  We're here from 5:30am to 7:00pm and you make your own schedule on our easy to use mobile app. You just show up and we'll take care of the rest! 
  • Accountability & Goal Setting Check-Ins: We'll sit down with you throughout and chat to see how things are going. You'll weigh in, take some measurements, and chat nutrition. Accountability is the key to success, and this is one of the many places it happens. 
  • Nutrition Coaching: Yes this is one of the MAJOR components of working with a coach… what to EAT. In our program we teach you more about nutrition than you may have been exposed to in the past and we'll work together to find out what YOU need to eat for YOUR body, YOUR goals and YOUR schedule.
  • Spurling Guide to Success & Welcome Goodie Bag: A welcome bag filled with Spurling swag, plus our 75+ page Guide to Success that gives you at home workouts, a complete cookbook, and other cool stuff. 
  • Unlimited E-Mail & Online Support: Have a question? Just reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to help. We also put you in our members only Facebook group where you can connect with other Spurling clients, share tips and recipes, and inspire each other. 
  • What to do For The Days You're NOT Here: We will instruct you what to do on the days your not with us taking into consideration what equipment or gyms you have access to and design your workouts for the days you are not here.
  • Tracking, Accountability, & Results: We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because we know from experience if you're not being held accountable to someone else, only YOU know if you did or did not workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not. We'll get you set up with our app, check-in with you daily, and be by your side the entire way! 
  • The Spurling Family: Hopefully by now you've seen that we're quite different than your typical gym. We truly care about you. When you join us, you become a part of our Spurling Family. This is a group of people including our team and our clients that will always be there for you. Whether it's a smile as you walk in the door or a high-five after a good workout, we are a family. We aim to not only change your physical life, but also improve your emotional life. Happiness is the key to life. You'll have the option to attend social events with us, charity workouts, and volunteer in the community. We're so much more than just a gym. 
At ANY point in time during the experience you just don't like it, you don't feel like this is a place you can call home, you don't think we are the coaches for you, you think we are idiots or that we smell, what ever reason you have, we will refund the full amount of the program. No Questions Asked. If you're not happy there is no reason for you to pay for it. Plus, if you didn't get the results we outline on day one with you, we didn't do our job, and we'll give you every dime back, TIMES TWO!

  • What is the fee for this challenge?
  • The challenge fee is $297 (payment plans available) with an optional upgrade to add personal training. We go over all of this at your free orientation. Space is limited to 20 people and this program always sells out, so act now. What's also great about the challenge is if you are not satisfied for whatever reason you can request a full refund.
  • Who is the challenge for?
  • Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs, some have 100 pounds to lose.
  • What if my schedule changes weekly?
  • We get it! In fact about a 2/3 of our clients here have schedules that change on the frequent (we have a lot of nurses for example), with that said as long as we can look at your, and our, schedules we will schedule you for what ever time slots we have that's convenient. This way your not held to a slot that you may not always make.
  • What is the nutrition plan like?
  • We teach you how to eat real food. We will help you kick the junk and craft easy, delicious recipes the whole family will enjoy. We lay out exactly how to eat each week of the challenge.
  • What are the classes like?
  • Would you believe they are NOT classes; more like small groups of your best friends working out together. How this works is you will work with a coach in small groups BUT you will have YOUR OWN custom designed program; so your not doing what everyone else is doing. You're doing your OWN workout built for YOUR goals and YOUR ability. You will still have the coach right there; coaching, spotting, and pushing you on the exercises that you need help with.
